Intimichic Pelvis Health II ; Based on the performance of Kegel exercises, developed by Dr. Arnold Kegel, they are a series of vaginal contractions and relaxations that strengthen the Pubococcygeus (PC) muscle and the pelvic floor muscle group by gradually increasing weights.
