How can I track my orders?
When your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the Logistics carrier website where you can track it. And also you can find the tracking information on the page of Order Details.

Please don’t worry about if people will know what you purchased. We take care of your privacy as 100% discreet. Each order will be shipped in plain packaging with no reference to anywhere or anything inside. No one knows what great babe you’ve bought.
How to change my delivered address?
Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care {email address} immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can’t change the address once the item was dispatched.
What if I’m out when my order arrives?
If you’re out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel. The mail person will send you a picture to tell you where the parcel is. If you can’t find it or unfortunately the parcel is missed, please contact our Customer Care{ email address } , we will provide the best solution to make you satisfied.
Cut off times for last order
Delivery times vary between 1 and 3 days at the customer’s choice for deliveries in Spain/Portugal and from 1 to 12 days for deliveries in the rest of the European Union. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies meet them whenever possible. In rural areas far from urban centres it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours.
We ship orders after confirmation of payment. In addition, we have control parameters for outgoing orders depending on the number of items.
